Pat Hagerman founded Real Branding in 1994 to pioneer the emerging field of digital communications for brands. He is responsible for ongoing successful operations and profitable financial performance of the company. Pat brings over 20 years of engineering and digital advertising firm management and development experience.
In over 12 years of agency management experience Pat has played a key role in more than 300 engagements with CPG, Entertainment, Government and Media company interactive strategies including AOL, Corona, Flex Your Power, Scottish & Newcastle and Unilever. He has proven success at identifying and managing digital opportunities for companies at all stages of growth and maturity across multiple verticals. Prior to starting Real Branding, Pat founded one of the earliest commercial vertical content portals and social networks for beer lovers with Realbeer.com; the site continues to engage over 400,000 adults per month.
Pat’s passions include time with his growing family, flying small aircraft, camping and travel.
