Position: Account Manager

Clients and Brands include: AOL, Corona, SalesForce.com, JanSport, Olive Garden, Quicken Loans, Sprite, Lipton, Smirnoff Ice, Warner Home Video and several others. Due to account growth, we are looking to add to our team.

General Job Summary

As a member of the Account Management Team, the Account Manager is responsible for account and project oversight of web development and online advertising for our growing list of Fortune 1000 clients. Candidates must be capable of leading agency teams and managing strong client relationships while aligning with strategic client brand objectives as well as manage attention to detail in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client/agency relationships
  • Create, present and manage strategic briefs and presentations
  • Manage frequent client contact
  • Support and manage client approval process
  • Provide input to estimates and proposals for projects
  • Manage web development and oversee online marketing assignments
  • Support and help manage account and project profitability
  • Manage campaign reporting, analysis and insights

Experience, Education and Requirements

  • 4 year college degree, preferably in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years Interactive Agency experience
  • Experience in managing Fortune 1000 clients
  • Demonstrated experience managing web development and online marketing engagements
  • Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Some travel required for client meetings
